Menopause is not a problem to be solved. It is a powerful life transition — one that affects the body, emotions, nervous system and sense of self. And it asks for something different: time, kindness and space to listen.
This in-person retreat day offers exactly that.
Held at The Healing Touch, a beautiful converted chapel nestled within the North York Moors National Park, with sea views and a deep sense of peace, this day is an invitation to step out of the noise of everyday life and into a space of restoration and reconnection.
You’ll be gently guided through a carefully curated blend of:

Slow, intuitive movement that listens to the body rather than asks it to perform.

Hello, I'm Becky Cartledge 👋
It is my passion to help women move with love, joy, gratitude and peace. For over 25years I have been a student and teacher of exercise, pilates and more recently strala yoga and reiki. I guide women to slow down, notice how they feel and move in a way that feels good to them and their body.
I am so excited to guide a slow Strala Yoga class where we will pause and notice how our body feels followed by a conversation about midlife movement. We’ll cover what our body needs for strength and resilience and how we can add this to our own unique day. Then how to make space for the ‘soul moves’ - the movement that brings us joy and makes our body feel alive. 💜
